The ideal candidates will be in the 25-35 age group. They should, ideally, have masters degree and be a doctoral student in their selected area of study.
However NGO leaders, civil servants and writers with a recognized prior engagement in human rights and/or intercultural and interreligious matters will also be considered, even if they lack a formal academic background.
Applicants from different backgrounds, nationalities, religions and gender will be given equal opportunities to participate. They will be given support both financially and in formulating their study programme according to the aims of the IFIIE.
